SHIPPING POLICY

All orders received Monday-Friday will be shipped within three business days.

Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday may be delayed another

business day. Please consider processing time at the time of purchase.

 

FREE SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE

Orders of $150 or more before taxes and shipping within the United States, with

delivery addresses in the United States, ship for free. Free shipping is with

USPS Priority Mail.

 

SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS OF $149 OR LESS

Orders totaling less than $149 before taxes and shipping will be sent USPS

Priority Mail. Shipping starts at $10 flat rate but can more depending on the

order.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

THE BEAUTY CHAMBER BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or stolen

packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to

your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States

Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen,

or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is

defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the

product and the defect. You can return the item you consider defective  and

upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via

e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or

a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or

refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price and shipping if

applicable, using the original method of payment.
